The Sales Head, South Region will be a part of the core team of the company and will be responsible for the following.
● Identifying leads and building business relationships with decision-makers of commercial real-estate developers, owners and facility management companies.
● Develop sales channels and partner with system integrators in the HVAC industry.
● Track business projections and ensure achievement of sales targets.
● Build and lead a team of sales managers and manage their performance.
Requirements
● 8-10 years of experience in Indoor Air Quality/HVAC/CRE sales/commercial real-estate developers, and facility management companies.
● Team building and team management experience
● Thorough understanding of the dynamics of the CRE industry
● A strong network of contacts in the HVAC, CRE industry commercial real-estate developers, and facility management companies.
● Experience in aftermarket sales and AMC sales.
● Ambitious and mental agility to work in a fast-growing start-up
