Attending Customer Complaints

 

-        Managing Service engineers

 

-        Coordination with clients

 

-        Good communication skills

 

-        Service Sales experience.

 

 

The candidate may not be a technical person.  We can also consider Commerce / science / art graduates with experience.

 

 

 

Should be able to meet clients in Northern states (periodical traveling)

 

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the air conditioning / HVAC industry
