Supporting the Service team of the country, both Front End & Back End sales support, responsible for making quotations and keeping the requested on-time delivery.
Gather RFQ (request for quotation) data including customer drawings specifications from both internal external sources
Quoting product prices, delivery specifications and payment terms and offering substitute products where appropriate.
Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders during the process
Establishes and maintains customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide technical information.
Ensure best practice is followed to achieve a seamless customer experience
Support or facilitate meetings as required with relevant stakeholders
Maintain records as required
Manage workload to ensure that all requests are completed in a timely manner
Support KPI activity
Work with linked teams and the business to identify opportunities for improvement and processes to better service the customer
Generates product and price quotes as required.
Gains familiarity of the day-to-day operations of the business and participates in improving operations by offering potential alternatives to existing methods.
